confessions of new joinee

A new joinee (s/w engineer) joins the company with much excitement and enthusiasm.During the beginning days he does not have much work to do except browsing .chatting with ladies, drinking kinley water, sitting in loo (fitted with a/c) for hours, drinking company owned tea/ coffee, chit chatting with friends on silly topics like hike, bonus , increment etc.On one fine day he came to know that he was nominated for training on asseriveness skills workshop and no other team member was nominated.Looking at this he feels proud to be solo member in team who got this oppurtunity to attend the training .But after a while he comes to know that he was poor in communication and was made to attend the training.Similarly he attends all the trainings on soft skills and two two technical trainings .After two years , he feels that he does not get hike or bonus and asks his manager regarding this.His manager says "the following are expenses incurred on u on training BY company

2) communication training 30000
3) JAVA TRAINING 30000
4) SQL TRAINING 25000
5) COOL DRINKS 5500
6) BISCUITS 5000
7) TEA 5000
8) AC AFTER 6 PM 10000
9) LIGHTS 10000
10) transport by cabs 40000


total 190000


the above amount is spent by company on u for 1 year .Please treat this as hike for next 5 years and dont come to me for hike , bonus and promotion. I think u got very good hike by looking above figure which no body got....."

Finally , the joinee is confessed to have joined such company and working under such a boss and searches new job
